Return & Refund Policy
Only defective or incorrect items can be returned for a replacement within 14 days of delivery. In the case of a damaged or incorrect item having been delivered, we will evaluate each case and authorize a replacement upon proof of the damaged or incorrect item. Where we are not able to replace the product, a refund will be processed to you. Please note that refunds will take between 5 – 7 days as these will be effected via EFT upon your supplying us with the bank details corresponding with the personal details you used to purchase the product from us. Returns will only be accepted with the labels attached, in the original packaging in which your order was delivered. We will not accept returns of products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition that we have not authorized. In the event of defective or incorrect items being delivered to you, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange the collection.
